Alaska State Representative - Steve Bainbridge
In addition to being the current RRCA State representative for Alaska, Steve Bainbridge is a past president of Running Club North in Fairbanks and the current race director of the Fairbanks Equinox Marathon & Marathon Relay, a position he has held for the past 15 years. He has seen the Equinox Marathon grow over the years and this year he added a 50K ultra marathon to the event. Steve has completed marathons in 20+ states and looks forward to a lifetime of marathons as he attempts to complete a marathon in all 50 states. Aside from the Equinox Marathon in Fairbanks, which he has completed numerous times, another marathon adventure he enjoys is the Boston Marathon, which he has completed five times.
