Arkansas State Representative - David Meroney
David is a Pine Bluff native, but now resides in Little Rock and is a member of the Little Rock Roadrunners. He has been active in running for five years, competing in a range of distances from the mile to the marathon. David has achieved the “Marathon Maniac” status, which was earned by running three marathons within 90 days. He is active in the Arkansas Grand Prix and finished all 20 races in 2011, earning the Iron Man of the Grand Prix distinction. Married to Christine Meroney for 13 years, David works as a sales representative for Complete Computing in downtown Little Rock. In addition to running, he is involved in dog rescue efforts through Last Chance Arkansas and is also is a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
