West Virginia State Representative - Tom Kramer
Tom joined the River City Runners Club in 1990 as a walker and completed the club’s beginners running clinic in 1993. He ran his first race, the Cherry Blossom 10 miler in 1994. Since then, he has served as club president from 1997-2001, and remains an active board member. Tom also serves on the race committee for the Parkersburg News and Sentinel Half Marathon, which has been the RRCA National Half Marathon Championship for several years. He has been the West Virginia RRCA State Rep since 2006.
