I am a RRCA Certified Coach & Boston Qualifier with a Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Over the past 25 years, I have run every distance from the mile to the full marathon. I specialize in creating a personal, customizable training plan for each and every one of my clients, from the true beginner who does run/walk to the advanced runner who wants to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
