Coach Ivonne M. Mosquera-Schmidt

I am an RRCA certified running coach as well as a licensed acupuncturist and board-certified massage therapist who actively works with clients through guided mobility training, injury prevention, and recovery-based movement. I provide walk/run coaching for individuals of all levels from the weekend warrior to elite competitors. I can also provide hands-on care with stretching, functional movement, acupuncture and dry needling, and body awareness to help insure athletes maintain good function and performance. I have competed for Team USA in Triathlon and Track & Field, and represented TEAM USA at the 2016 Paralympics in the 1500 meters. I have also completed 15 marathons including Boston, New York, Chicago, and London, and hold World Championship titles in the Sprint and Olympic Triathlon Distances.
