RRCA Board to Meet January 16 & 17, 2009

The Road Runners Club of America Board of Directors will meet in person on Friday January 16th for a review and discussion of the Draft Strategic Plan along with the 2009 Operating Budget & Objectives. The Board will again meet on Saturday January 17th. The meeting will be held at the Washington Dulles Marriott® Suites, 13101 Worldgate Drive Herndon, Virginia, 20170. Phone: 703-709-0400.

RRCA Board meetings are open to the membership, however space is limited. If you plan on attending the meeting, please contact Jean Knaack by January 12th at to ensure seating availability at the meeting.

11:30 AM - Review risk management issues for the insurance program
12:30 PM - Lunch
1:30 PM - Outline realistic expectations for RD's and State Reps, outline performance standards for State Reps to be funded for the Convention, develop formal policy for removal of a State Rep.
2: 30 PM - Review of the Ethics Policy, review RRCA legal needs, and discuss or act upon other items brought up during the Friday session.
5:00 PM - Announcements and adjournment
