 Jan 5 RRCA Board to Meet January 16 & 17, 2009The Road Runners Club of America Board of Directors will meet in person on Friday January 16th for a review and discussion of the Draft Strategic Plan along with the 2009 Operating Budget & Objectives. The Board will again meet on Saturday January 17th. The meeting will be held at the Washington Dulles Marriott® Suites, 13101 Worldgate Drive Herndon, Virginia, 20170. If you plan on attending the meeting, please contact Jean Knaack by January 12th at to ensure seating availability at the meeting. Board Working Session Agenda January 16th* 2:00 PM - Presentation and discussion of the Draft Strategic Plan 4:00 PM - Presentation and discussion of the 2009 Operating Budget and Objectives 6:00 PM - Adjourn RRCA Board of Directors Meeting Agenda January 17th* 8:30 AM - Coffee & Pastries 9:00 AM - Call to Order & ratification of August minutes approved via email 9:15 AM - Executive Session - finalize Executive Director performance evaluation and 2009 compensation 11:00 AM - Officers & Directors Reports 11:30 AM - Review risk management issues for the insurance program 12:30 PM - Lunch 1:30 PM - Outline realistic expectations for RD's and State Reps, outline performance standards for State Reps to be funded for the Convention, develop formal policy for removal of a State Rep. 2: 30 PM - Review of the Ethics Policy, review RRCA legal needs, and discuss or act upon other items brought up during the Friday session. 5:00 PM - Announcements and adjournment * The RRCA Board may adjust the agenda of the Board meeting including times and topics as needed. ###
