 Feb 23 Early Bird Room Rate for Convention Ending SoonSAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 21, 2009—The deadline to reserve a room at the RRCA Convention’s host hotel, Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf, with the guaranteed special $172 per night rate, is Tuesday, March 3, 2009. After that date, the Convention rate may not be offered and the Convention cannot guarantee a spot. If you haven't reserved your room for the convention, act fast to receive our generous discount.To make a reservation by phone, call: 402-592-6464 or 800-233-1234. Be sure to mention the RRCA Convention in order to receive the $172 rate. For attendees who are interested in sharing a room, Convention organizers will match up guests with similar interests and gender. If you are interested in finding a roommate through the RRCA Convention, e-mail Adrienne Castillo at adriennecastillo2003@yahoo.com with your contact information, a sentence or two about yourself and your general travel habits (Early riser? Night owl?) and whether you would like to be matched up with one, two or three other persons. Finally, if you must cancel your reservation for any reason, all cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you fail to cancel within 14 days of your arrival, the hotel will charge you for one night's room and tax. Please keep this policy in mind as you make your travel plans.
