Create Your Kids Program Profile, Webpage & Sign-Up Form
Step One: Create your youth program profile, webpage and sign-up form.
- Click on the “Register” button to create your personal account in our system. Once you create your account you will have access to the Kids Club template.
- Follow the six steps on the screen below to customize your program profile using our pre-designed template. The template includes a sample waiver that you should customize for your program. The template contains important questions to ask parents, and you can customize your form to add additional questions, collect donations, sell program t-shirts, and more.
- Once you have finished creating your program profile, webpage, and sign-up form, copy the program’s URL and include it on your website, email it to parents for registering their child(ren) in your program. Embed your sign-up form on a website using the embed code provided.
