It's our seventh year and a fundraiser for cancer research. Course is a flat 3.1 miles and certified by USAT&F. The 10K is two laps. All participants receive a tech shirt with our cancer fighting super hero logo and a commemorative finisher's medal. We'll have several bands on the course turning up the tunes. Packet pick-up is 10/5 at St. Louis Mills from 4 to 9 PM in conjunction with a women's fitness expo. Take your training to a new level by attending fitness symposiums and meeting with our vendors. Registration available online at Active.com or paper on the RTCL website. Fee is $30 through 9/14 then increasing to $35 until 10/5 and $40 on race day.
