The Kid's Fitness Zombie Chase will begin at 11am. Waves will be released based on the runner's age: Wave 1 - 11am - Runner's aged 14 to 16 Wave 2 - 11:15 - Runner's aged 11 to13 Wave 3 - 11:30 - Runner's aged 8 to 10 Wave 4 - 11:45 - Runner's aged 5 to 7 Important Things To Remember You must be at least 17 to participate in the Zombie Buffet 5k main run. The Kid's Fitness Zombie Chase is open to ages 5 to 16 for runners and 16 and up for zombies. Much like the actual zombie apocalypse neither are timed events you are however welcome to bring any sort of timing gizmo you please. Your registration includes a ticket to the Dead Man's After Party. For the Zombie Buffet 5k you will find out your exact run time 2 weeks prior to the event date. There are no refunds.
