Start on Galveston Island, travel north on the Causeway, go into Tiki Island, turn around come back the same way. The second race of the Texas Bridge Series. Run all three Bridge races - Kemah (Toughest 10K), the Galveston Causeway (The Toughest 10K Galveston), and the Fred Hartman (La Porte Half Marathon), and you will get a commemorative special item!
