Join Mental Health America for our 1st annual Mind Your Health 5K Run/Walk. The race will be held at Bluemont Park in Arlington, VA on Saturday, October 6th. The certified course is part of the WO&D trail and is stroller accessible and dog friendly. We hope to see you there!!
