Vitae Foundation Run For Their Lives 5K Run/Walk on November 17, 2012 at beautiful Memorial Park on the corner of Memorial Park Drive and West Main Street in Jefferson City, MO. 8:00 AM Registration. 9:00 AM Run/Walk begins. Medals awarded by category. Pre-Registration before October 26th - $25.00 to receive a shirt. Late Registration $30.00 - cannot guarantee a shirt. Register on-line at www.vitaefoundation.org, or request a registration form (or more information / special accommodations) by contacting Kristina Davis at 573-634-4316 or kristinad@vitaefoundation.org. Checks and forms may be mailed to Vitae Foundation, 1731 Southridge Dr., Suite D, Jefferson City, MO 65109. MC/VISA/AMEX/Discover welcome. For safety sake - No animals allowed. Race held rain or shine. However if the race is cancelled for dangerous conditions with notice posted on website, shirts may be picked up at Vitae office and registration fees will not be refunded, but considered a donation to Vitae Foundation - a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
