7th Annual Festival of Lights 5k Race starts at 3pm Bull Run Reg. Park Special Event Center. Hot Choc. and snackes following the race. Awards will be given for first female and male to finish also each 5 year age group 1st and 2nd place male and female. This is a wonderful way to start your New Year's Eve celebration with friends and family. Hope to see you Dec. 31st 3pm. Roads to the park with close at 2:50pm to get ready for start of race come early. Come early main entrance will close at 2:50pm
