Timed 5k on USATF certified course around beautiful Como Lake. Complete 5k results by USATF Youth, Open, Masters (5-year age groups > age 40-80+) divisions. Challenge Addiction with effective RxExercise. RxExercise has helped many to say “I’m Actively Celebrating My Recovery”. We celebrate an increasing number who are enjoying long-term recovery, some in their first year of recovery and some in 30+ years of recovery, crediting part of their recover to being happily physically active with running.
