Family friendly 11th Annual Spring Has Sprung 1/2 k, 1k, 5k and 10k run and walk held at the gorgeous mountain community of Hidden Valley lake in Northern California (35 minutes from Calistoga up Mount St,. Helena). The Hidden Valley Lake community boast breathtaking mountain/lake scenery, wonderful wineries, inexpensive lodging (including camping with hook-ups and showers) less then 1/2 mile from the race start. Flat fast 1/2k, 1k kids runs include a frozen yogurt coupon at the finish and an award ceremony (3 deep each age division), 5k (flat) and 10k (challenging) offers awesome overall awards, and medals 3-deep each age division. Wonderful event for the whole family! A large portion of the profits from this race are donated to local youth fitness endeavors.
