Burn Calories for Fuel 5K and 10K The Burn course is a great run with long straight-aways and only four turns on quiet streets. One loop for the 5K; two loops for the 10K. HMF Fitkids race for children follows at 10:30 a.m. Proceeds benefit Operation Fuel, a nonprofit organization that provides emergency energy assistance to families, the elderly and disabled Connecticut residents.
