Psych Night Trail Run
10K & 5K

Start Time: Shortly after 8:00 p.m.

Wyandotte County Lake, Kansas City, Kansas
(Start/Finish is near the main park entrance)
Distances: 6.2-miles (10K) and 3.1-miles (5K)

Course: This is an out-and-back course, with a "lolipop" at the end of the out and back.
Aid:
5K course: There will be a water-only aid station at mile 1.5 and the finish line.
10K course: There will be a water-only aid station at mile 1.5, mile 3, mile 4, mile 5, and of the course, and at the finish line.

A FLASHLIGHT OR HEADLAMP IS REQUIRED TO RUN ON THIS COURSE.
This is the oldest night trail race in the Midwest.
