Race Ventures Inc. d/b/a Capital Fitness
The Complete Runner is a 12-week program designed for runners who are serious about taking their training to the next level. Led by coach Tim Clark, and core instructor Bobby Mack, the program’s focus will be on improving the four major components of a complete runner’s skill set – speed, core strength, flexibility and endurance. There will be approximately 32 coach/instructor-led training sessions (24 training runs, 8 core classes).
Wednesdays (6 pm) – focus on developing speed with interval, tempo and pace runs
Thursday (5:30 pm or 6:30 pm) – core class to build core strength and flexibility
Saturdays (7:30 am) – focus on building endurance
The program runs from Jan.22, 2013 to April 13, 2013
The cost of the program is $140 with the core class and $100 without the core class
