The Route 66 10K is hosted by the Metro Milers running club as part of the City of Edwardsville's Route 66 Festival. The 2013 Route 66 10K is the Road Runners Club of America Central Regional 10K Championship. All male and female participants are eligible for RRCA Championship awards - Overall Champion, Masters Champion, Grand Masters Champion & Senior Grand Masters Champion.
