Come the HMF’s Meet the Coaches Open House and free fun run! New this year, our Open House will be part of The Health and Wellness Festival at the Connecticut Convention Center 100 Columbus Avenue in Hartford.
No admission Charge and no registration necessary.
Free Fun Run starts at 9:30 AM on Founders Plaza (area above the amphitheater) along the CT river . The 2.7 run will take you up and down stairs, through the mud (maybe!) and on trails and streets.
