2013 RRCA MN State 5k Championship - Chip timed 5k ‘round beautiful Como Lake on USATF certified 5k. 5k results by USATF Youth, Open, Masters (5-yr age groups 35-80+) & Athena-Clydesdale weight class divisions; RRCA Champ’s Plaques to Overall Winners. We will have many walking and running who have lost from 30 to 230 pounds over recent years & kept their weight under control with their RxExercise & want others to know that they can achieve their health/fitness goals, too. Cheerful, welcoming volunteers, motivational music, announcer, colorful commemorative shirt, healthful tasty treats, fabulous online post-event photographic slideshow, free & convenient parking, indoor restrooms.
