29th running of this event to promote the health and wellness of federal employees, military personnel, retirees and their families at the Denver Federal Center on Armed Forces Day. In addition to overall individual and age group awards both the run and walk include team competition. New for 2013 is the Military Team category in both the 5k run and 5K walk to determine the fastest military teams in the region. A free 1k fun run for kids will take place after the run/walk competition.
