The CT RACE IN THE PARK is truly a family event. 2013 marks the 10th Anniversary RACE. For nine years, over 100,000 people have come together to support their loved ones and CT Breast Health Initiative. They gather for the Male & Female 5K runs; they gather for the 4K and 1 Mile walks; they gather for the Kids Challenge 1 Mile & Fun runs; they gather for the events; but most importantly they gather in solidarity and with one goal in mind - to help find a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime. The events are open to walkers and runners of all abilities. Post-race activities will include activities for children, shopping, Pink Ribbon Silent Auction & Raffle, and a variety of food vendors/trucks.
