TWO TRAIL RACES- 5 mile (short) & 15K (long) THIS IS A VERY TECHNICAL COURSE. WE DO NOT SUGGEST THIS COURSE FOR A FIRST TIME TRAIL EXPERIENCE. For each course, be ready for some elevation ups and downs, jumping downed trees (we lost count after 12), crawling under downed trees, ducking under low hanging limbs, tight turns, negotiating jagged stones and stumps, getting your feet wet at stream crossings, and braving anything else mother nature decides to throw your way. Because of the time of the year and high elevation there is also a possibility of ice on the trail. This is a natural trail through a forest.
