Brief Description:
Course: The start of both races is just outside the Sango United Methodist church parking lot. Both courses have rolling hills and loop around Sango Road through the surrounding neighborhoods. Parking: Parking is available in the church parking lot where Old Sango Road dead ends into Sango Road. Warm Up: Warm up and cool down can be taken on the course, but the course will not be closed to traffic.

Awards: Overall Male and Female for 5k, 10k, and Combined 5k/10k. Overall Masters Male and Female (40+) for 5k and 10k. Overall Grand Masters Male and Female (50+) for 5k and 10k. Awards three deep for each age group (male & female) for 5k and 10K:19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,70 and over. 5k also includes three youth age groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19. All registered participants are eligible for door-prize drawings. *Participants must register before May 31st to guarantee a tech shirt.
