Do you run, are you fit?...PROVE IT! The total workout! This event is a cross training extravaganza featuring 7 stations along the 1.55 mile loop - burpees, push-ups, tire-pull, plate carry, and jump rope. The tire-pull and plate carry stations will be visited twice per each 1.55 mile loop.
Competition: Upon registering, participants must select either a "Competitive" or "Non-Competitive" option. While all participants will receive a time and place in their respective distances, only the participants in the "Competitive" division will be eligible for overall and age group awards, AND will be monitored at workout stations for activity form compliance and repetitions.
Competitive Versus Non-Competitive: Participants can choose to be in the competitive category and compete for awards, or be in the non-competitive category and thus, not eligible for awards.
