Away from the major SF landmarks is Lake Merced, on 9/16/12 DSE will be again hosting its low-key, affordable 1/2M and 4.5M races. Please use this to tune for your Fall half or full marathon. Aid stations and Age Division awards 3-deep in 10 year age group. Course closes at 11:00 am. Active.com pre-registration closes 48 hours prior to 8 am start. On race day, please arrive 1/2 hour before 8 am start. Entry fee $5 member, $8 nonmembers thru 9/7/12; $8 members, $10 nonmembers after 9/7/12 and on race day. Top 5 male/female placement ribbons, finisher ribbons to all race participants.
