San Francisco has many popular and congested placess to run. Lake Merced is the alternative away from the crowd, 99% vehicle traffic-free. S/F at the Lake Merced Boathouse, enter at Harding Road from Skyline Blvd. Both races start at 9am; course closes at 11:00am for both races. Active.com pre-registration closes 48 hours prior to 9 am start. On race day, please arrive 1/2 hour before 9 am start. Entry fee $5; Top 5 male/female placement ribbons, finisher ribbons to all race participants.
