Election day in the USA has become an unusually stressful day for many Americans. Exercise has been found to alleviate much of the ill effects, both mental and physical ill effects, of distress.
So, come together on Election Day, before or after you happen to vote on Election Day, to discover the common ground beneath all our feet that we always find in any road race, thereby maintaining our special relationships, among family & friends, especially with those who may vote differently than you.
