RRCA Championship Series
Since 1958, the RRCA has awarded championship events through a competitive bidding process at the National, Regional, and State level to RRCA member clubs and events to promote the sport of distance running. The goal of the RRCA Championship Event Series is to shine a spotlight on well-run events and to award top performing runners in the open, masters (40+), grand masters (50+), and senior grand masters (60+) categories for both men and women.
New for 2013, US based runners that race in at least five of the 2013 RRCA National Championships will be entered to win a $1,000 performance bonus contest. Learn more about the contest rules and report results.

In 2007, the RRCA began the task of maintaining a database of RRCA Champions for our National Championship events. The RRCA Regional and State Champions are also maintained in this database which is updated on a voluntary basis by the RRCA State Reps. Our goal is to continue to build a database of RRCA Champions to highlight running as a competitive sport. If you are a recent RRCA Champion and your name is not listed, and you would like to be included in this database, please contact your local State Rep to ensure your RRCA Championship event is recorded.
