Course Description

The ING Georgia Marathon & Half Marathon starts and finishes at Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta. The course goes past scenic and historic sites like the MLK Historic Site and Carter Center, through 4 college campuses, through Piedmont Park, and many intown neighborhoods of Atlanta and neighboring Decatur, GA.

Event Information

Detailed information is at www.inggeorgiamarathon.com. The ING Georgia Marathon weekend also includes the Publix Run Wild 5K and Kids Fun Run on Saturday, March 20, 2010, in historic Grant Park near the entrance to Zoo Atlanta. The 5K starts at 8am and the Kids Fun Run starts at 9am. Through a partnership with Zoo Atlanta, all ING Georgia Marathon weekend participants can purchase discounted tickets to Zoo Atlanta and make it a family day on Saturday, March 20.
