RRCA Coaching Level II Certification Program

Coaching Course Logo.Level2Our goal is to create an official tiered RRCA Coaching Certification program, such that the current course is officially designated RRCA Level I Coaching Certification. The new curriculum outlined for the RRCA Level II Coaching Certification enables Level I coaches (everyone that has completed the course before December 31, 2015, to become officially designated as an RRCA Level II Certified Coach. In contrast to the generalist nature of the current Level I Course, Level II will mark a sophisticated understanding of the scientific, psychological, competitive, and managerial aspects of community-based running and working with individual clients.

This program is open to all RRCA Certified Coaches as of December 31, 2015, and anyone seeking to enhance their knowledge or reinforce concepts learned in Level I are encourage to pursue the Level II program.
