A lifelong Montana resident, Ronda has worked for the City of Billings since 1990! Her love for running started when her mom signed her up for the Hershey Track Meet in 4th grade. That little trophy with her places and times on the bottom is still a treasured keepsake. She ran track and cross-country in high school, lettering all four years. Soon after her son Tanner, now 25, was born, she started running again. She began running in just about every race in Billings and traveled around Montana for other races. Ronda’s love of her community and running led to volunteering as Newsletter Editor for the Yellowstone Rim Runners. She held the position for eight years and is currently the clubs’ Membership Coordinator. She also assists with many Billings area races. She spends most of her life outdoors and when not running, she is obsessed with hiking, biking, fishing, exploring new places and snow skiing. She is looking forward to connecting with clubs and races throughout Montana and is enthusiastic about being the State Representative for the RRCA.
