Peter was born in Bloomington, Indiana, but grew up in Bethlehem, Palestine (7000 miles away). He moved to Dayton, Ohio in 2006 after graduating from Bethlehem University with a degree in Math and Computer Science. Peter ran his first 5K in 2011 and quickly fell in love with running. Since then, he has run hundreds of races between 1 mile to 50K. Peter enjoys pacing half and full marathons across the country, as one of the many way he grows the sport, encourages other runners and helps them achieve their goals. Peter serves on the board of directors for his local running club, the Ohio River Road Runners Club (ORRRC), and directs one of the club’s largest (and most fun) races, the Ghost ‘n Goblin 5K. One of Peter’s biggest accomplishments is making Dayton the first city in Ohio to become an RRCA-certified runner friendly community. Peter is currently a Data Analyst at a corporate law firm, WilmerHale. Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle and the great outdoors with his lovely wife Amanda, awesome son Max, family and friends.
