My coaching is fueled by over 25 years as a runner and is rooted in finding a balanced way to incorporate increased and consistent running into your full, daily life while keeping it interesting and fun and avoiding injuries. I have run dozens of road and trail races, qualifying for Boston in my last 2 marathons. I love working with new and returning runners, first-time marathoners, and avid amateur athletes and would love to work with you while you towards achieving goals and improving performance, finding your balance of compassionate support and tough love to get to success no matter where you are on your running journey. So with that in mind, we’ll work on all the things that will make you a confident, more efficient, and healthier runner: form, cross-training, strength building, pre-hab, recovery, and mindfulness.
