Coach Amy brewer

I am the 5k group coach at Charm City Run in Columbia, MD. I have coached GOTR, high school indoor/outdoor track and with CCR since 2017. I have run 2 marathons (2011 & 2016) and countless halfs, 10k's and 5's. I love the community of runners- you never know who you're going to meet. My philosophy is that you are only competing yourself. By getting up and getting out- you're faster than the couch!
