Hey, I'm Chris. Running has done more for me than I can even attempt to put into words. I’m forever grateful for the physical and mental benefits a running lifestyle affords me. I want the same for you. Throughout my running career, I’ve learned a lot about the physical and mental aspects of the sport, including what it takes to keep running, happily and most importantly, safely. Having raced distances from 5K to 100 miles, I will apply real-life experience, scientific principles and knowledge to create a training plan that helps you achieve your short and long term running goals.
