I’ve been the head run coach for Navy SEAL and SWCC Prep Course since 2022. My focus is optimal progressive programming while minimizing risk of injury. Also, I focus on Special Operations selection prep for all services. I served in the Army from 1990 to 2010. My first marathon was at age 17 in 1985 (The Honolulu Marathon) and I’ve been swimming, biking, and running every since!
