A student of running. I have numerous years of running under my belt. Still constantly evolving and looking for what works and what does not while expanding my vast knowledge. Running is still changing so I try to stay up to date with the latest information. My goal when helping others is to make them reach what they set out to achieve. My plan is to listen to you and gather information so I can come up with a plan that best works for you time wise, your ability and you goal(s). No cookie cutter plan from me because we are all different. Who am I: I am a experienced runner with more than 430 competitive races, including more than 130 overall wins. Experienced in everything from 1 mile races to 100 mile ultras. Also experienced elite obstacle course racer. I do dabble in Rucking as well.
