The first time I laced up my shoes and power walked a mile, I never imagined I’d one day run that same mile—let alone complete ten marathons and seven half marathons. What began as a journey to improve my health has become one of the greatest sources of joy, growth, and strength in my life. Through running, I’ve learned that it’s not always about chasing PRs. The sport is as much about mental resilience and self-discovery as it is about physical endurance. Running has taught me that our minds are often stronger than we realize and that every step—no matter the pace—is progress. As a coach, I want to share what I’ve learned about mental stamina, proper nutrition, pacing, stretching, and choosing the right equipment to help others fall in love with running the way I have. Whether you’re training for your first 5K or your next marathon, I’m here to support you in becoming the best runner you can be—inside and out.
