At Endurance4You, I believe that being physically fit is essential, but you cannot be physically fit without being spiritually fit. Running goes hand-in-hand with faith. Faith and running intertwined together helps improve the quality of life in more ways than one. I believe that Jesus is your best friend and so is running. They are both always constant and there for you, through the good days and the bad. You can fellowship with others through both and turn to them no matter what you are going through. My job as your Run Coach is to help you recognize the beauty in this connection and to nurture these relationships. Whether you are just starting to run or you have been a runner for a while, together we will work towards the goals we set for you and run the race Jesus sets out before you. I will create a unique plan specific for you, whether you are focusing on training for a couch to 5k or for your first half marathon. Each workout assigned will have a purpose based on your running goals. I know life happens and I will be there to modify your workouts as needed! This will allow you to just focus on your runs while I focus on the plans. Together we will work to achieve your goals while getting Spiritually and Physically Fit!
