Kelly Bails is a RRCA certified coach, USATF Level 2 coach in youth development and sprints/hurdles/relays, a USATF Cross Country Specialist, USATF Marathon Specialist, and RunDNA Level 1 Certified Running Gait Analyst. In addition, she is a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. Kelly coaches high school country. She owns and operates Rise Up Running, LLC and has been coaching runners in distances ranging from 1 mile to the marathon since 2005. Regardless of your training speed, experience or ability level, Kelly will create a training plan that is specific to your goals. Factors such as training and injury history, ability level, time commitment, overall well-being, family or work obligations, and amount of stress in your life are all considered when a training plan is created. Each training plan includes a weekly group run. Clients are given a specific target pace that matches their ability level. Most group runs are Saturday mornings and we meet year-round.
