Hi there! I coach off-the-couch and distance running for women/women-identifying adults in the Boulder-Niwot-Longmont area. I specialize in working with folx who want to get into (or back into) running shape, and with those looking to push their distance past the marathon. All of my sessions begin with a short video call to discuss your running dreams and your specific needs. All of my coaching is detailed and based on the individual. This initial call is free and meant to help us decide if we are good fits for one another. During that call, we will setup a plan of action for your training. I will also review pricing at that time. Please note, I do not work with chilren, teens or anyone under 21.
