I’m Rachel, the RRCA Level 1 Run Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Dedicated Runner behind Strong Soles Personal Training. I’m on a mission to guide you toward living a healthier lifestyle through movement. Whether it’s walking, running, cycling, circuit training, resistance training, or any number of activities, there is something that you can enjoy while also improving your health! As a runner for over 20 years, I’ve completed countless 5k and 10ks, nearly 40 half marathons, four full marathons and three ultra marathons. I’ve also reached outside of my comfort zone and completed sprint duathlons and triathlons. While challenging, combining the swim, bike and run was truly rewarding on many levels!
