Coach Rachel Frutkin

Coach Frutkin is RRCA Certified, USATF Level II Certified, and NASM-CPT. She works with clients of all ages and abilities. Her speciality is working with high school athletes, youth athletes, and adults training for government positions. Rachel is an active member of her local running community along with the online running and fitness community. She has been coaching private clients for seven years and high school athletics for four years.
