RRCA Certified Coach Hello! My name is Tyler Murray. I am a runner, triathlete, and physical therapist based out of Rochester NY. I have 20 years of competitive running experience. I have coached athletes looking to complete their first 5k to multiple Boston Qualifiers looking to enhance their Personal Records. With my 10 year history as a physical therapist specializing in runners, I have a good understanding of the anatomy and physiology that comes along with getting the best out of your running goals.
