I am a certified running coach living in Southern Arizona. I love running both on the road and on the beautiful dessert trails. I enjoy sharing my passion for running with anyone that will listen. I am a mom of three awesome kids, and understand the challenges of balancing family life with running! I love helping runners chase their dreams and accomplish the unimaginable. I am a RRCA and USATF certified run coach as well as a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist.
