I create content for news outlets, entrepreneurs, professionals, businesses, and organizations. I fell in love with running in 2010 and believe that the sport can change lives. I'm a group run-walk leader for Hellgate Road Runners in Queens as well as the founder of New York on Foot (a website about exploring NYC) and Queens County Trail Runners, a new community of (what I hope will be) a growing number of runners in Queens who love the trails.
