Boulderthon, the fastest-growing race series in Colorado, has announced its 5K prize purse for this year’s event on Sept. 29. $40,000 will be up for grabs between the top 3 male and female finishers, the largest 5K prize purse in the nation! First-place finishers will be rewarded $5,000, followed by $3,000 for second-place, and $2,000 to third-place.
First-place finishers of the 5K will have the opportunity to win an additional $10,000 each. Boulderthon has announced they will reward $10,000 to the female, and male first-place finishers of the 5K if their time beats the current Colorado 5K records.
